Today we just did missing work. (I didn't do any missing work lol)
I had a good time sharing with Jose about the significance of the connection from Genesis 4:10 to Hebrews 12:24. In Genesis 4:10, God is telling Cain that the blood of his brother is crying out to Him from the ground, basically showing that sin is in man and has caused something this bad to happen, and in Hebrews 12:24, Paul says: "And to Jesus, the mediator of a new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, which speaks something better than that of Abel." I love how these verses connect and can uplift us with a new perspective on the Lord's victorious death for our redemption.
Jesus!
